At Beauty Beam, we are committed to ensuring that our website and salon are accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, age, or technology. We aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.

2. Website Accessibility

It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Beauty Beam is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

- Images contain descriptive alternative text.
- Navigation can be completed using a keyboard or other assistive technology.
3. Salon Accessibility
Our treatment premises at:
22 Whitehouse Road, Billingham, TS22 5ES are designed with client accessibility in mind:
- Ground floor treatment room access.
- Adjustable treatment beds.
- Assistance available from staff for entering and exiting the premises.
Please note there are no accessible bathroom facilities within the treatment premises. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before your appointment so we can make any necessary arrangements.
