Welcome to Beauty Beam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. General Information
Beauty Beam is a UK-based business specialising in laser treatments including laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, and related services.

All treatments are carried out by trained and certified practitioners, in accordance with UK safety standards.
2. Appointment Booking, Deposits & Refunds
- All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or in person.
- A non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
- Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future booking.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance will result in the deposit being forfeited.
- Beauty Beam reserves the right to refuse bookings at our discretion.
3. Patch Test Requirements
- A mandatory patch test is required for some treatments and must be carried out at least 48 hrs before your first treatment is scheduled.
- The patch test ensures no adverse skin reactions occur and is a legal safety requirement.
- It is the client's responsibility to book and attend a patch test appointment in advance. If the patch test is not completed within the required timeframe, the treatment will be declined and any deposits paid will be forfeited.
- A new patch test may be required if more than 6 months has passed since your last treatment, or if there are changes to your health or medication.
4. Loyalty Program
- Beauty Beam may offer a loyalty program to reward returning clients.
- Points, credits, or discounts earned are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Loyalty benefits may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
5. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards can be purchased in-store or online and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotional offers, discounts, and competitions may be subject to additional terms.
- Beauty Beam reserves the right to withdraw promotions at any time.
6. Client Conduct
- Clients must arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
- Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
- Clients must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided by Beauty Beam.
7. Health & Safety
- Treatments will only be carried out after a full consultation and medical questionnaire is completed.
- Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
- Beauty Beam reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe to proceed.
- Children under 16 are not permitted in treatment rooms.
8. Website Use
- By using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful activity or misuse our content.
- We are not responsible for any technical issues or downtime affecting website access.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, images, logos, and branding on this website are the property of Beauty Beam.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or use any materials without prior written consent.
10. Privacy Policy
- We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Personal data collected during bookings will only be used for providing our services, internal record keeping, and legal compliance.
