Refund Policy

At Beauty Beam, we value our clients and are committed to providing high-quality treatments in a professional and safe environment. This Refund Policy outlines our position on deposits, cancellations, and refunds for all services and products.
1. General Refund Terms
- As our treatments are appointment-based and require preparation, all deposits paid are non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Beauty Beam's management.
- We comply with all applicable UK consumer laws regarding refunds for services.
2. Appointment Deposits
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of service.
- Deposits are non-refundable if:
- You cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
- You fail to attend your appointment ("no-show").
- You fail to complete a mandatory patch test within the required timeframe.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Appointments can be rescheduled without loss of deposit if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit unless exceptional circumstances apply.
- Missed appointments without prior notice will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
4. Patch Test Requirement
- A patch test must be completed at least 48 hours before your first treatment.
- It is the client's responsibility to arrange and attend the patch test in advance.
- If you fail to complete a patch test within the required timeframe, your treatment will be declined and your deposit forfeited.
5. Gift Cards & Vouchers
- All gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- They must be used before their stated expiry date.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
6. Promotional Offers
- Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted treatments unless required by law.
- If you cancel a discounted treatment, the value may be applied as credit towards another service, at our discretion.
7. Refunds for Products
- Skincare or retail products purchased in the salon can only be refunded if unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
- Opened or used products cannot be refunded due to hygiene regulations, unless faulty.
8. How to Request a Refund
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email to beautybeamlaser@gmail.com.
- Please include your full name, appointment date, and reason for the request.
- We will review your request within 7 working days and inform you of the outcome.
