Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. A deposit of 50% of the treatment cost (up to a maximum of £50) will be taken to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance allocated to your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if: - You cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. - You fail to attend your appointment ("no-show"). - You fail to complete a mandatory patch test within the required timeframe. Rescheduling & Cancellations - Appointments can be rescheduled without loss of deposit if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. - Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit unless exceptional circumstances apply. If the payment taken exceeds the required deposit amount, any overpayment can be refunded upon request. By completing your booking, you agree to this policy.
